Giselle did an outstanding job selling our parent's home, from listing it April 19, 2023, having an unbelievable amount of showings the first 24 hours, accepting the best offer within 48 hours and closing May 19, 2023. Thirty days was all it took from beginning to end, unbelievable!! Giselle was available at all times, was in constant communication with not only myself but also with my sister and brother (we inherited my parents home after my father passed away and 2 of us live out of town). Giselle is a phenomenal relator! Her customer service is amazing. She worked with our family for an about a year but really buckled down the last 6 months while we were preparing our house to sell and buying. She was always up front about additional costs outside of just buying a house so we could prepare ahead of time as well as what to expect when there are multiple offers on the table. She kept showings fact based and was always willing to get additional information if we needed it. She went even as far as helping my daughter unpack her room on the day we moved AND helped me clean out our garage when we were trying to quickly get our buyers into our old house because my husband had to go out of town unexpectedly. She is so amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. If you want an honest, dependable relator.. she’s your girl!

I've known Giselle for a long time so choosing her as my realtor was a no brainer. However, had we not known each other I would have felt just as pleased with my experience! I'm not the easiest to work with at times but she was great the entire way through. Thorough and extremely communicative, I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job!
